The hotel has a central location close to major shopping centers with convenient access to Greenbelt mall. The rooms were kept clean, but the beds were not ideal for my group setup. The service was satisfactory, although there were slight issues with housekeeping. The dining experience was good with a focus on Iberian products. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms were, but unfortunately they weren't cleaned during my stay despite housekeeping services being available for twin beds. The location was fantastic, right next to Makati's best malls, which was super convenient. However, I wished the dining options included more variety, especially for the price paid. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and some letdowns.
